The Scaffolded Sound Beehive by AnneMarie MAES that premiered two weeks ago during Poppositions in Brussels has in the meantime moved to Barcelona. It now forms part of the solo exhibition Bee Monitoring Devices and Curious Observations at the Institute of Evolutionary Biology, Barcelona.

The exhibition is the starting point for the presentation of the research and artistic work of AnneMarie Maes and the Brussels Urban Bee Lab at the Institute. It opens tomorrow evening with a welcome word by Anna Omedes, director of the Natural Sciences Museum of Barcelona. and runs until 7 June 2015.
