Marc Hamandjian‘s expo D’ESPACE still runs until 30 December at Maison des Arts Solange-Baudoux.
… what Marc Hamandjian is proposing is a device for dreaming, for LEAVING THE EARTH (as one of his works is entitled), for looking back at oneself and for meeting others. His machines would gladly welcome travellers, caravan drivers in space, explorers – people who, as they’ve grown up, haven’t lost their ability to marvel at what they don’t know and to lose themselves in distant daydreams.

If Marc Hamandjian were making science fiction, he would be building a world where machines would lose their social connotations and gain in socialising capacity. In short, of spaces of life (…) he makes of space a flight, of the earth a subject of EXPLORATION and, finally, of life a beautiful game.
