In 2021 we organized four talks:

1. Sensorial Skins and Woven by Nature with AnneMarie Maes and Camilla Colombo – Tuesday 20 April via Zoom

2. Light, time and the exchange or collaboration between art and science with Ulrike Kuchner, Paul Malone and Els Van Riel – Tuesday 15 June via Zoom.

3. Notions of Transhumanism with Mark Coeckelbergh, PETERMFRIESS and Angelo Vermeulen – Tuesday 7 September at iMAL Brussels.

4. Out-of-controlness and the emergence of possibilities with Frances BRAZIER, Joost REKVELD and Frank THEYS – Tuesday 7 December at iMAL Brussels.

Laser Talk Brussels is organized by Alexandra Dementieva in collaboration with CYLAND Media Art Lab and moderated by Edith Doove.

The Leonardo/ISAST LASERs are a program of international gatherings that bring artists, scientists, humanists and technologists together for informal presentations, performances and conversations with the wider public.
